Avocado soup

Forget pot noodles! This instant, rich and satisfying recipe is guaranteed to please your taste buds and tummy.

Prep time 5 min + cooking time 1 min

You will need, per person:

- 1/2 medium-sized avocado

- 1/2 cube of organic vegetable stock

- 1 handful of fresh button mushroom fresh or dried mushroom mix

- pinch of curry, nutmeg and sea salt

Place all the elements in a blender or kitchen robot. Add enough boiling water to cover all the ingredients. If necessary, add more water until desired consistency. Press the button and voilà! Bon appétit.
