Another instant soup that will make you forget about pot noodles - for ever!
Prep time 3 min.
You will need, for 2 people:
- 1 vacuum-pack of pre-cooked beetroot
- 1 small tin (250mL) coconut cream
- 400mL boiling water
- 1 pinch of pink pepper
- sea salt to taste
In a blender, mix the beetroot, coconut cream and boiling water. Add pepper and sea salt. Et voila!
