Spicy Chai

Refreshing ice cold or as a warm latte.

You will need:

  • 1 tsp. ginger, thinly sliced with a peeler or grated

  • 4-5 star anise

  • 1 tbsp. caraway seeds

  • 1 tbsp. cardamom pods

  • 1 cinnamon stick

Place your spices in a mason jar, add boiling water, cover and leave to infuse overnight. That's it.

If you want it instant, you can place your spices in a pot, cover with water, bring to boil for 1 minute and leave to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
