You will need:
- 2 cans wild-caught tuna chunks in brine
- 3 eggs
- 1 small apple or 1/2 medium apple
- 2 russian-style large gherkins (sweet pickled)
- 2 tbsp home-made mayo
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch dill
Soft boil the eggs 6 minutes.
Drain the tuna.
Chop thinly all ingredients, mix well.
Best to leave for a few hours before enjoying (to allow all flavours to mix).
